SCCTER Support Services for Investigators
Program Purpose
Stanford’s pediatric CTR resources are integrated into SCCTER-Pediatrics (SP) to ensure that investigators focused on children’s health receive coordinated support and guidance to safely and ethically conduct their studies while integrating them into the overall mission of SCCTER. Specifically, SCCTER-Pediatrics:
- facilitates and enhances the performance of high quality CTR in children’s health for the purpose of improving health outcomes
- develops effective programs of pediatric-specific CT education; and
- develop a robust pediatric CTR career development pathway
SCCTER-Pediatrics also promotes the integration of CTR focused on children’s health into Stanford’s overall institutional culture, strengthening its academic mission while greatly enriching the resources available to pediatric investigators.
