Program Purpose

The Tracking and Evaluation Program monitors operational efficiency, research and educational productivity, and customer service satisfaction for all of SCCTER’s principal activities and customer-centric services. Operating efficiencies are monitored through key service attributes and performance milestones that are identified as driving factors of a successful program. Using defined performance standards, we track, monitor, and evaluate performance against predetermined achievement goals and objectives. Our methods for evaluating research and educational productivity vary depending on the specific program element, but they all will aim to develop and use quantitative outcomes assessments wherever possible. To ensure that our services are meeting the expectations of our customers, quality improvement programs will be initiated and monitored to yield increases in user satisfaction, research productivity, or other accomplishments.
